With Japanese names, you can use pretty much any reading you want :)
Though it's true that most characters have "traditional" readings attached to them, even for names, and using different readings could be confusing.
Maybe "Teruyuki"?
Best to ask a Japanese, I suppose, what kind of name reading would sound plausible.
