Four a.m. madness

I hate it when 4am sneaks up on me. It happens at the same time every day. How am I not used to this by now?!?

i don't know about you, but lately i haven't been able to get more than a couple of hours of sleep in a row. i've stopped worrying about it though, and if it's possible i just take a nap whenever i'm tired..
