Is this FF3 beta? I've noticed that too, and FF2 confirms before closing all the tabs, for which there is supposed to be a setting in FF3. Maybe it's a legitimate bug?

This is FF2. It's just that I say yes, because I think that it will close all windows so that Firefox will shut down and everything will be saved. Instead, only one window is closed, which means nothing is saved :(
