You ran, I ran! I think I am now at 6.5 km in an hour. But there are some huge stretches of walking in there, HUGE. I think I'll get rid of those very gradually. :)

i can not not comment on chocolate for breakfast and duck for dinner. that sounds like perfection to me. any particular type of chocolate? i'm currently prone to lush hot chocolates with a bit of foam if possible. and somehow, if ever there is duck on a menu i am drawn to order it.
