That feedback box on the right side of every page is the direct support line for non-paying users. For folks with pro accounts, there's a separate support item in the menu bar that gets us to jump a bit higher.

Aha, thanks for the information! I was reporting a flaky thing that looked like it could be a bug. Reassuring to know that I fired off a report in the right direction/right way so it could be processed correctly.
